To open an account with TKBT, members must meet the following eligibility requirements. These conditions apply equally to all users, and no exceptions will be made.

Age Restrictions

• TKBT's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of all balances.
• TKBT may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Single Account Policy

• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• Using the same device, IP address, or payment method across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Account Information

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Submitting false information may result in account termination.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

Bet Limits

• Minimum bet amounts may vary by game or event. Generally, bets can be placed from as little as BDT 50.
• Maximum bet limits are also defined and may be adjusted by TKBT at any time.
• Limits may differ for special events or live betting.

Bet Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, TKBT reserves the right to void it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded — unless the outcome has already been determined.

Live Betting Special Conditions

• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment you place a bet may differ from those confirmed in the system.
• In live betting, TKBT may reject bets in certain situations due to network delays.

TKBT offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and more. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before activation.

Wagering Requirement

• Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement (WR), meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• For example: a 500 BDT bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of 10,000 BDT before withdrawing.
• Slots bets typically contribute 100% to the wagering requirement (WR), Live Casino 20–50%, and specific conditions apply to Sports Betting.

Bonus Validity

• Every bonus has an expiry period. If not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• Welcome bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of registration.

Bonus Abuse

• Abusing the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or creating accounts solely to take advantage of promotions — is strictly prohibited.
• If TKBT suspects any bonus abuse, it reserves the right to initiate a special verification process.

TKBT follows specific policies governing deposits and withdrawals. These policies apply equally to all members and are designed to ensure financial security.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• TKBT does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals via a different method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Larger amounts may require additional verification, which can take up to 24–48 hours.

KYC (Identity Verification)

• KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. This typically involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed. It is strongly recommended to complete KYC in advance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TKBT. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Fraudulent Activity: Exploiting any game, betting system, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using TKBT as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited and is subject to legal action.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or for any other purpose.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets linked to the manipulation of any sports event's outcome.
• Account Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Software Use: Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Abusive Conduct: Using abusive or threatening language toward TKBT staff or other members.
